Quality Statement

The  Quality policy of Suntronika cc is aimed at providing our customers with the best possible value for money in terms of both services and reliablity of the products we supply. All products and services will meet the agreed specifications and performance standards and in the absence of formal specifications they will comply with the norms and standards of Suntronika. To implement this policy, Suntronika will meet and maintain the requirements of ISO9002, code of practice for quality systems to ensure that the mutual benefit to our Company (cost, productivity, and quality) and our customers (cost, quality and delivery). Under the requirements of ISO9002, the Company procedures and standards are documented and available for reference.

All functions within the functions of Suntronika are totally commited to the Quality Policy and apply the Policy in every aspect and endevour of the Company. The Policy is maintained by continous motivation and training of personnel.
