The people

After 27 Years the company has a staff of seventeen with seven fully employed in sales, sales support and product management. Suntronika's philosophy has always been based on customer service and has emphasised the importance of the customer throughout all departments who work as a team toward this common goal to satisfy the customer needs. Many of our people have been with the company for more than 20 years and have shown the required dedication to maintain our strong position in the market place.

The market

Suntronika is situated in the centre of the Gauteng Province which is the hub of the South African industry. In addition, Suntronika services the coastal areas in the Cape Province and Kwa-Zulu Natal via distributors as well as directly from Johannesburg with periodic visits by company representatives.

During the last twenty seven years we have established strong ties with our primary agencies such as Piher, Magnetics, Melcher, WW Fischer, Meggitt, Bussmann, Taiyo-Yuden, LSI, EG&G Rotron and many others as listed on our suppliers directory. Our strength has always been in the electromechanical arena although we have performed very well with passive, active, semiconductor and surface mount devices.

Our extensive customer base which includes some of the largest electronics manufacturing companies in South Africa, such as SAAB, Tellumat, Conlog, QD Manufacturing and many others have been loyal to us and supported our company for many years, knowing that we will do all in our power to provide for their needs as required.
